About Coaching and Prices
GRIT LIFT is a 1 on 1 coaching service that works with clients to help guide them towards their personal bodybuilding goals. Whether you want to compete in a bodybuilding show or take your overall training and physique to the next level, GRIT LIFT is here to help you achieve your goals in a sustainable way. So, how does this coaching service work? The first step, is applying to become a client. Which you can do by clicking this link and filling out the client application. Next, after your application has been looked over, you will be contacted via the email you provided in the questionnaire concerning whether or not GRIT LIFT is the right coaching service to help you achieve your goals.
If you are accepted as a new client, you will be sent an invoice for $200, and your spot on the client roster will be held for a period of 1 week. If we do not receive the completed invoice sent to your email within one week of it being sent, we will assume you no longer wish to receive coaching from GRIT LIFT and your spot on the client roster will open up to other applicants. Upon completion of the invoice, your coach will contact you with a possible date for your Initial Skype Session. This Skype session will be 1-2 hours in length, and will include your coach writing you both a personalized workout and nutrition program. This initial payment will also include 1 month of 1 on 1 coaching, where you will check in on a weekly basis with your coach to assess the prior mentioned plans, progress, and make any adjustments as necessary. After 1 month of coaching, if you wish to continue working with GRIT LIFT, there is an initial 2 month contract, which includes two payments of $200. This can either be paid in 1 payment of $400, or paid in 2 payments of $200, 1 payment during each month of the contract. After the 2 month contract is up, you will automatically be rolled over to a month to month client, which is a monthly rate of $200.
